SEPVN provides warranty and maintenance services for video conferencing equipment with packages ranging from basic to advanced. We are committed to providing customers with reputable services, ensuring the best quality and fastest time.

– Upgrade software
– Retry the device
– Support for lending equipment/replacement meeting rooms in case of problems

2. Warranty conditions:
– The product is still under warranty. The warranty period is determined based on the contract.
– The warranty period is stated on the warranty card and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical problems.
– The product is damaged by internal components or by the manufacturer.
– Must have the manufacturer's warranty stamp on the product, SEPVN delivery note
– Serial number and seal on the product must be intact, not torn or lost.
– The serial number on the product and on the delivery note must be the same.
3. Warranty is denied in the following cases:
– Product is out of warranty period
– Using the product not in accordance with the supplier's instructions.
– Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents or improper use, for example: Lightning, unstable power source, liquid ingress, falling, cracking due to impact, improper maintenance…
– Damage caused by animals getting into the product.
– The product shows signs of having been repaired before being brought to SEPVN.
– Errors (problems) arising from the product due to the use in combination with other accessories, products, dependent devices, peripheral devices or the use of inappropriate software.
– The product model label, serial number and/or seal on the product is no longer intact or cannot be read.
